Homemade goat cheese and tomato

This weekend saw a lovely goat cheese, mozzarella, and plum tomato and cherry tomato pie, on a cornbread crust with balsamic glaze. It was very good, receiving a 6/8 slice rating. The crust could have been crisper with some prebaking, and the sauce could have been better with some olive oil, but overall it was still quite delicious.
